Shipping Policy

A. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, our primary market.

B. Delivery Time, Processing & Order Cut-Off

Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
Shipping time: 8–11 business days (Monday to Friday)
Total delivery time: 9–13 business days

Our fulfilment team processes orders Monday to Friday. Our weekly order cut-off is Friday at 5:00 PM Eastern Time (New York). Orders placed after this time, or over the weekend, will begin processing on the next business day.

C. Countries We Ship To

We ship across the United States, our primary market.

D. Address Changes

The delivery address cannot be changed once an order has shipped. If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at info@emmaolivia-boutique.com.

E. Cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled at any time up until the moment they ship. If an order has already shipped, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy. In the case of a return, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

F. Damaged Packages in Transit

If you notice that a package is damaged during transit, please refuse delivery if possible and contact our customer service team immediately. If the package was delivered while you were not present, please contact us so we can help you with the next steps.
