Return Period

You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at info@emmaolivia-boutique.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • The reason for your return

Our support team will provide return instructions and must pre-approve the return before you ship anything back.

Conditions for Return

To ensure your return is accepted:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Returns must be approved by our team in advance
  • A tracking code is required — we cannot process refunds for untracked returns
  • Hygiene products such as underwear, lingerie, and swimwear are not eligible for return

Returns sent without prior approval, or that do not meet these conditions, may be declined.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered from their original condition
  • Items returned without their original packaging, tags, or labels
  • Hygiene-sensitive products such as underwear, lingerie, and swimwear, for health and safety reasons

This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed items. Where a return isn't possible, we'll always do our best to support you — and in many cases we can still offer an exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be notified by email. If approved, we'll refund the product value to your original payment method within 10 days. If your refund hasn't appeared after this period, please first check with your bank or payment provider. Still no result? Reach out and we're happy to help.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For safety and tracking, we recommend using a tracked shipping service. Please make sure to include your order number inside the package.

Order Changes or Cancellation

We begin processing your order as soon as it's placed. If you'd like to cancel or change something, please contact us within 12 hours. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has entered the shipping phase.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Delays or Missing Orders
